L &G Witney There is so much to do in this part of North Devon. We have had excellent weather so managed lots of walks - Mortehoe via the coast path, also vi the old railway and Woolacombe, Combe Martin round Baggy point, Hartland point…. Doing a one-way walk and catching the bus back made it easier, there are hills here! We are not used to them at home. we will have to come again as we still have things to do and see, even after 2 weeks here. A fantastic place, view, accommodation. Thankyou.
M, S and  M Wonderful apartment! The view literally took our breath away. Loved Ilfracombe + hardly needed to take the car out. Plenty to see and do. If you enjoy fish or seafood we recommend the Harbour Lights restaurant near the harbour. Would love to come back again but we will (or I will) try to be a bit fitter next time. Climbing the hills and steps nearly done me in!

S, M and S Luton A really lovely flat, lovely and spacious for our 2 year old! Thankyou for the washing machine and powerful  shower. Weather wasn't great for us but found lots to do. Sophie enjoyed the soft play centre @ tunnels, Exmoor zoo and Godsend that the fair came to the pier (daddy won a goldfish on the last day!) Fun to take home! Thankyou for making our stay so comfortable.

C, H + E Kidlington Another good holiday had by all ages. The sun again shone for us. Getting quite used to this home from home. We drove in from Exmoor National Park with its roaming purple heather ad very steep roads. Lynton and Lynmouth cliff railway - worth seeing. We all enjoyed the Milky way - even the big kids can use the slides. We went to Bude and Woolacombe beaches for sand and surf but E likes the Tunnel beaches digging dams and its good on a windy day. Went over to Lundy for the second time - sea a lot calmer this time. The pipe band on Tuesday was a bonus with our fish and chips. Many family friendly restaurants with nice stuff. lost count of how many cups of tea, coffee, g+t, I have had sitting looking at the changing views. Saw Wales every day this time. Didn't' know it was there before. E was excited to find......
L, G, S + H Leeds Lovely apartment, fantastic views! Well equipped, made self catering very easy! Lots of lovely little touches like the binoculars! We couldn't figure out how to use the dvd and surround but that was our fault!! Thanks

C, H + E Kidlington E's 7th birthday today. He said it's the best ever. Tunnels beaches on Saturday and Woolacombe on Sunday made a very relaxing weekend for us. We all have red nosed to prove the weather was great. I will have to make sure E doesn't take the binoculars home - we all use them. 5* accommodation to match the 5* view. Hope we can come again soon.

E, A + V Newbury, Bath and Reading A lovely stay for a friends wedding yesterday. Great, roomy apartment - very comfortable with stunning views of the harbour. We ate at Damien Hurst's restaurant which was lovely (even if we had to take out a second mortgage!) and spent a lovely, hot day on the beach at Woolacombe. Thanks very much!

L, T, C + I Oxford Really lovely apartment, very homely. We have been glued to the windows with the fantastic views of the harbour, Bristol Channel and the coastline of Wales. We have visited Combe Martin, walked over the hills to Hele bay and surfed at Woolacombe. We feel sad tat we have to leave, we all absolutely love it here and will definitely come again.
M + K Oxfordshire Brilliant week - loads of sunshine and incredibly clear. We could see the Welsh coast, buildings and mountains in the background. Took a walk round the headland to Hele bay. Lunch in pub. We saw porpoises off of the harbour wall - Great!

Larkstone Leisure Park is great for the kids! And Bideford cycle hire, which is next to the old railway that follows the estuary.
