TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Couples and families only - no groups
2. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the building.
3. Deposit of £100 secures booking. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to rental, and may be made, by arrangement, in instalments.
4. Full refunds available for legitimate medical cancellations prior to arrival.
5. Arrival after 3pm, Departure before 11am, unless prearranged for other times.
6. Weekends and short breaks can be arranged out of peak season.
7. Designated parking for one medium sized car only. Please only park within the lines of the space marked “3”. Other public parking is available nearby.
8. Bed linen and towels are provided.
9. If you are going to the beach, please bring your own beach towels
10. Electricity and heating included
11. Please be respectful of the neighbours at all times and by being quiet between 11pm and 9am
12. Please notify us of faults, damage or breakages. A charge may be made for replacement or repair.
13. The apartment is reached by 2 flights of stairs.
14. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one (master bedroom) with a King size double bed and the other with a pair of 3ft wide single beds, accommodating 4 adults comfortably.
15. A further 2 adults can be accommodated using the sofa bed in the lounge.
16. Please ensure your rubbish is put out on the kerb-side on Thursday evening for collection early on Friday morning (one day later following a bank holiday)
